Dining Around the World: Bolat

So we renewed our quest to eat from more countries around the world and headed to this Pan-African spot in Lakeview. I had the Egusi with fufu and meat pies. He took the Jollof Rice with goat. Both were had just the right amount of spice for me. A bit hot for him. I can't say that Fufu is my favorite new food but it does make for a good filler. The drinks were bang on delicious. Apparently they make their own hibiscus syrup which is great with their beer or as I had it in a Hibiscus mojito.

What country should we try next?
